At Tribal Toys, each item is carefully handcrafted, which means slight variations in shape, color, or finish may occur. These natural differences are part of the product's unique character and are not considered defects.

We accept returns only if item is damaged during shipping (reported within 48h) or if the wrong item is received.

We do not acceot returns for misuse, excessive force, poor maintenance, or professional overuse.

Contact us at info@tribaltoysshop.com to request a return. Include your order  number and photos if applicable.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7 days after we recieve the returned item. 

Order Processing

All products are carefully crafted or packed in our workshop. Orders are processed within 2 to 4 bussines days after payment confirmation.

Estimated Delivery Times

- Spain (Mainland and Balearic Islands): 2-5 bussines days

- Europe: 5-10 bussines days

- International: 7-20 bussines days (may vary depending on destination)

Shipping Methods
